Columns
- today-hilo-<state>.csv: station_id, station, date, time_local (24 h, station local time), type (H or L), height_ft_mllw.
- water-temperature-latest.csv: source (coops or ndbc), id, name, state, lat, lng, temp_f, temp_c, observed (local time for CO-OPS, UTC for NDBC).
- great-lakes-daily.csv: date, then one Celsius column per lake (blank when GLSEA has no value).
- stations.csv: one row per tide station with its page URL.
